Product development really isn’t that hard, but sometimes it can be hard to know where to begin. And, at other times, you can get stuck. This is the most intensive phase of all. This is where you put in the most work and is often considered the most daunting part of the product/service life cycle. Here you are fleshing out all aspects of your product or service — your are taking it from idea to fully formed entity. This can also be the most exciting phase of the process, where your creative juices are flowing and you get into your “zone.”

Product Development Coaching
I offer two types of coaching programs: Coaching Only and a Coaching/Consulting Combination. With both types of program, I help you reach your goals through probing questions, advice based on my experience and research, and other coaching techniques. You do the work. However, with the combination program, I offer more hands-on services, including helping you do some of the work myself.
