This short-lived phase can be exciting and frightening at the same time. On the one hand, all the work you’ve put in so far is about to go out into the world! This is wonderful. And scary. What if people don’t like it? If you’ve put the work you needed to do up front, you won’t have to worry about the latter. Some people get stuck here because they don’t know how to get their product or service out there. Some get stuck because they are afraid to release their “baby” into the big, cold world.

I offer two types of coaching programs: Coaching Only and a Coaching/Consulting Combination. With both types of program, I help you reach your goals through probing questions, advice based on my experience and research, and other coaching techniques. You do the work. However, with the combination program, I offer more hands-on services, including helping you do some of the work myself.
